| PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS | The Job :
The incumbent will join the Manufacturing Section which is equipped with latest manufacturing technology and advanced engineering control, and assist the Shift Superintendent in accomplishing manufacturing targets and workplace safety, health & environmental standards.
• To lead a group of Production Technicians in the safe and smooth running of the production.
• To be responsible for achieving production goals (qualitative and quantitative) under safe working conditions.
• To transfer operating knowledge and provide process training & advice to shift members to ensure safe, stable and continuous operations.
• To take part in activities for plant process/equipment modification and optimization.
• To ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment policy and procedure and take part in Health, Safety & Environment activities to strengthen workplace safety & health and environmental protection.
• To assist the Shift Superintendent in various management function, e.g. planning, organising, controlling, etc. of Manufacturing Section. | | |
The Person :
• Applicants should possess Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Production or Process Engineering or its equivalent with 3 years of experience in petroleum, chemical or polymer industries.
• Applicants must be prepared to perform rotating shift work.
• The incumbent should be a team player with leadership, initiative, drive & commitment, able to take pressure and able to communication well with others. |
