At TPC we recognize that good aesthetic and mechanical performance are two of the most important key requirements for consumer products. Often manufacturers face the dilemma of sacrificing mechanical performance for transparency, or achieving high mechanical properties instead of aesthetic characteristic. To address this challenge, TPC has developed COSMOPLENE® Z433 that offers excellence in optical properties and a good balance in stiffness/impact strength.

This new material is a random copolymer base that comes with a high melt flow rate. By using nucleation techniques, the material optical properties are further enhanced to exhibit excellent transparency and gloss without sacrificing its mechanical performance.
